Pasting Operator I

Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough person for the Pasting Operator role. The role involves applying paste to grids, creating plates that help batteries hold their charge, and performing visual inspections for quality and quantity.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a lead acid battery manufacturing plant
• Ability to work in extreme temperature and heavy environment
• Clean shaven
• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.
• Strong team skills
• Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions
• Ability to complete any required documentation
• High dedication with a proven record of excellent attendance
