Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Aguila Golf Course is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to help with preparing the course and grounds. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience
• 1-3 years turf grass management
• Pesticide license preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• A four-year college degree preferred
• GCSAA Member or apprentice preferred
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
• Basic computer skills – Word and Excel
• Strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business
• Highly organized and efficient with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
