Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing and implementing schedules, ordering alcohol beverages, and maintaining liquor pour cost. They will also assist in marketing the restaurant and catering departments, and manage the floor of all banquet events.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (AA); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training, Alcohol Awareness Training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
- Must obtain or work towards Safe Serve Manager Certification.
