Community Association Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HOA operations, including relationships between the community and its members, guests, residents, and employees.
Requirements
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and genuine service to all residents, members, guests and employees.
- Plans, develops and implements operational procedures and methods in concert with TROON practices and policies.
- Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the HOA;
