Job Description
Community Associations Manager oversees HOA operations, including relationships with members, guests, residents, and employees, and works with Board of Directors, finance team, and vendors to provide exceptional service and experience.
Requirements
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous, and genuine service to all residents, members, guests, and employees
- Motivates, directs, and assists department heads, managers, and front-line staff on a daily basis
- Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets, monitors financial statements, and takes corrective action as required
