As the Director of Racquets, you will oversee the racquets operations at Tumble Brook Country Club, providing exceptional member service, teaching tennis and pickleball lessons, and helping to maintain the facility.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional member service
• Ensure the courts and sports facilities look immaculate at all times
• Teach tennis and pickleball lessons/clinics
• Help organize and run events, camps, league matches
• Help with court maintenance
• Help the pro shop staff with member questions
• Grow the number of tennis players in the community
