Job Description
As the Director of Racquets, you will be responsible for the overall racquets operations at your facility, providing exceptional member service, ensuring the quality of the club's tennis services and programs, and growing the number of tennis players in the community.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional member service
- Ensure the courts sports facilities look immaculate at all times
- Teach tennis and pickleball lessons/clinics
- Help organize and run events, camps, league matches
- Help with court maintenance of the 7 Hartru Courts & 6 Pickleball Courts.
- Help the pro shop staff with member questions related to sports courts
- Grow the number of tennis players in the community
