Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Director will provide guidance and leadership to the entire facilities team and ensure the facility is operating in optimal condition.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Hotel Management, Chief Engineer, or Director of Engineering in a full-service hotel or resort.
- Strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
- Prior experience working with Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of policy, planning and strategy.
