Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Director responsible for managing facilities operations, including budgeting, capital expenditure projects, and regulatory compliance. Ensures the facility is operating in optimal condition and supervises facilities staff.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Hotel Management, Chief Engineer, or Director of Engineering in a full-service hotel or resort.
- Strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills.
- Prior experience working with Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of policy, planning and strategy.
