The Powder Horn is seeking a highly motivated team leader to lead our FOH F&B Operation, managing daily functions including member/guest satisfaction, customer service, personnel training and development, menu mix, ordering, and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of being a Food & Beverage Manager or General Manager of a restaurant
- Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training, Alcohol Awareness Training, CPR
- Working knowledge of wine, spirits and regional cuisines
- Leadership ability, strong problem analysis and problem resolution skills, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- High level of active listening skills and strong client service skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft products and Jonas POS and BevSpot knowledge
