Job Description
Mountain House Lodge at Sereno Canyon is seeking a Gate Host/Guest Services Attendant to provide superior service to guests in a hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Accurately controls Gate access of Residents, Guests and Vendors to the Resort Style Community.
- Checks all guests into the resort style community based on established procedures.
- Promotes Ownership activities and special events in the Community and Mountain House Lodge.
- Provides accurate and complete information about the Community and resort and the surrounding areas.
- Answers guest questions and provides accurate directions to all points of interest inside the Community.
- Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
- Maintains accurate and reliable logs and records of daily activities and resident/guest/vendor interactions of note.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
