Job Description
We are seeking a Class A PGA Professional to lead all aspects of golf operations, including golf operations management, staff leadership & development, instruction & player development, tournament & event management, retail & merchandising, and financial & administrative duties.
Requirements
- Class A Member in good standing with the PGA of America
- 3+ years of experience in a Head Professional or Assistant Professional leadership role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in merchandising, budgeting, and tournament operations
- Proficiency with golf management software systems
