Job Description
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all facets of the golf operation, providing professional support and leadership to the golf staff, and promoting a high-quality golf experience for members and guests.
Requirements
- PGA Class A Professional
- Previous experience at a private club or high-quality public/semi-private facility in a leadership role
- Strong tournament management, customer service, and merchandising competencies
- Demonstrated teaching background with juniors, recreational players, and competitive golfers
Benefits
- Pay scale is $100,000 - $120,000 with potential for lesson commissions
