Seasonal Restaurant Manager position available at Westchester Hills Golf Club, responsible for managing daily restaurant activities, staff, and customer service.

Requirements

• Organize pre-shift meetings to review specials and menu changes
• Ensure restaurant facilities are clean and well-stocked
• Monitor food quality and service standards
• Greet guests and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Manage cash handling procedures and create revenue forecasts
• Oversee daily restaurant activities, including serving tables and managing staff
• Interview, hire, train, and direct work of department members
