Job Description
Westchester Hills Golf Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will have excellent service skills and be able to lead a team.
Requirements
- Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings
- Ensures restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Circulates throughout the restaurant to monitor food quality and service
- Greets guests and ensures customer satisfaction
- Manages cash handling procedures
- Creates revenue forecasts and reports
- Interviews, hires, trains, and directs staff
- Manages department members
- Provides ongoing training and orientation
- Incorporates safe work practices
Benefits
- Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
