Job Description
The Restaurant Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, staff supervision, quality control, and cost management.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (AA); or two to three years of related experience and/or training
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training
- Regular and reliable attendance
