Sous Chef

Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a Sous Chef to manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including staffing, menu planning, ordering, and food production. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relative experience and be dedicated to providing superior service.

Requirements

• 2 years of relative experience
• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent
• Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes
• Ability to read and speak English
