We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the leadership of our newly renovated Bistro, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and inspired by the charm and warmth of Lowcountry design. The Bistro will offer lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of culinary experience with prior supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations
• Passion for creating high-quality, memorable dining experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
