We're hiring a Full Time Sous Chef for The Club at The Dunes in Florida! Ideal candidates are dependable, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Evaluates food products to assure that quality standards are consistently attained
- Performs daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations
- Upholds Troon’ Food and Beverage policies
- Supervise the daily food production operations
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
