Job Description
Tropic is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive the adoption of elite banana seedlings among farmers, manage on-field interactions, and develop new business opportunities. This role requires a background in agronomy and experience in agricultural sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Sciences.
- Between 5 and 10+ years of experience in the field working with farmers.
- Proven experience in agricultural sales.
- Ability to perform demonstrations, diagnose problems, and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong network of contacts with farmers and knowledge of local agriculture.
- Availability to travel and work in rural and agricultural environments.
