Legal Practice Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to provide administrative support for attorneys and other timekeepers in the Energy Transactional and the Energy Transactional Practice Groups.

Requirements

• Perform a range of routine administrative tasks for attorneys and other timekeepers
• Support new client and business development efforts
• Prepare and update reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
• Handle tasks related to client billing
• Liaise with administrative departments
• Prepare routine correspondence
• Provide coverage for phone contacts
• Ensure effective calendar management
• Arrange domestic and international travel
• Collaborate with resources inside and outside the firm
• Provide overflow assistance to administrative legal support team
• Assist in fostering an environment of superior customer service
• Maintain attorney bar membership records and CLE records
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and binders
