We are seeking a Multifamily Paralegal to join our team, with a focus on reviewing and analyzing titles and surveys for multifamily housing properties. The role includes billable hours and requires a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate lending guidelines.
Requirements
- Conduct title and survey review and analysis for commercial real estate loans
- Maintain thorough and current knowledge of commercial real estate lending guidelines
- Perform paralegal duties and responsibilities as directed by the group leader and other attorneys
- Track and record client-billable time as required meeting minimum billable hour requirements
