Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal with a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions to manage all phases of transactions, research, and draft documents, and provide direct support to attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• Manage all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions
• Research, analyze, and summarize facts, documents, and issues relevant to real estate transactions
• Review, draft, and revise real estate documents
• Coordinate and prepare closing checklists, timelines, and closing binders
• Order, review, and analyze title commitments, title policies, exceptions, endorsements, and surveys
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and third-party vendors to resolve title and survey matters
• Track and summarize documents, prepare due diligence memoranda, and coordinate with clients and third parties
• Review zoning reports, environmental reports, and other due diligence materials and identify key issues for attorney and client attention
• Establish priorities, manage multiple projects concurrently, and ensure work products are delivered accurately and on time
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, practice support, and other firm departments
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and informal training to junior and mid-level paralegals
• Contribute to practice group initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge management efforts
• Maintain the firm’s official files in accordance with firm policies and procedures
• Track, record, and submit billable and non-billable time daily
