Job Description
True Anomaly seeks a Loads Development Lead to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole.
Requirements
- 10+ years full lifecycle experience in loads development and verification for aerospace systems
- Expertise in CLA, Craig Bampton, load derivation, and structural verification
- Ability to adjust analysis fidelity to match program maturity and risk posture
- Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
- Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
- Demonstrated expertise with SINDA/FLUINT, Thermal Desktop, or equivalent tools
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
