Job Description
True Anomaly is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team, responsible for building and maintaining pipelines of active and passive talent to support near-term and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to full-cycle or high-volume technical hiring.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening software engineering talent
- Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently
- Comfortable working independently on defined tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
