Dishwasher

We're a full-service restaurant collection with locations from coast to coast, known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Our dishwashers are essential to making the kitchen spotless and ready for service before, during, and after every shift.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
