Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our full-service restaurant collection, known for serving nutrient-dense dishes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant and strong financial acumen.
Requirements
- Partner with FOH & BOH leadership to maximize sales and profitability
- Lead high-volume service from the floor or expo
- Conduct line checks, facility walks, and follow-ups to maintain operational excellence
- Manage, develop, and inspire FOH & BOH teams
- Dedicate significant time in the kitchen to hands-on leadership and team development
