Job Description
A growing general contractor specializing in multifamily housing is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their team onsite in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA, to support the successful execution of a 100-unit mid-rise project.
Requirements
- Support daily onsite construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Track jobsite productivity
- Assist in managing project schedule
- Identify potential delays
- Conduct site walks
- Assist with punch list tracking and closeout activities
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-run jobsite
- Track subcontractor manpower and provide daily field updates
