Assistant Construction Superintendent-Multifamily

Carmel Partners is seeking an Assistant Superintendent, Multi-Family Construction to assist with overall onsite field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 4+ years' experience in Construction or Civil Engineering or related field
• 3+ years filed experience in Residential Construction
• Working knowledge of construction and project management software
• Possession of minimum OSHA 30 hour obtained in the past three years and current First Aid and CPR training
