Diesel Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a Truck and Equipment Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Richmond, Maine. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and reliably, with variety in day-to-day tasks and opportunities to travel regionally with a close-knit crew.

Requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Perform MIG and stick welding, fabrication, and part replacements
• Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or damage
• Operate equipment and tools in compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Travel occasionally for regional field work
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Handle physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in all weather
