Job Description
We are seeking a Wheelman to join the field operations team based in southern Maine, operating the wheel on paving equipment and working with an experienced crew in a safety-first environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience operating the wheel on asphalt paving equipment
- Familiarity with DOT standards, paving operations, and safety procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (CDL preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Comfort with physically demanding labor and extended shifts in the field
