Job Description
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the entire operation of their respective TrueNorth Steel site, establishing a positive environment that drives excellence through teamwork across all departments.
Requirements

- Develop and monitor the annual site budget.
- Actively drive our game changer culture through the site.
- Identify, develop, and mentor key site leadership individuals.
- Achieve a high level of production schedule attainment.
- Track site product lines KPI’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Create a level of high personal responsibility and accountability at your site.
- Work effectively with all departments.
- Host all site readiness meetings.
- Develop a site capital replacement schedule.
- Support TrueNorth Steel corporate policies and procedures.
- Actively participate with site Quality Control Supervisor.
- Prompt and dependable attendance.
