Job Description
Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products, with a focus on embracing company values, following safety and quality requirements, and performing simple welds and measurements.
Requirements

- Performing basic manufacturing assignments with set standards.
- Following detailed instructions while observed closely by supervisor or lead.
- Problem solving simple and non-complex issues.

- Learning to read blueprints.

- Working safely and accurately.
- Maintaining prompt and dependable attendance.
- Performing simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.
- Fitting and welding subassemblies with tack or spot weld.
- Exhibiting knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization, and welding equipment set-up and maintenance.
- General knowledge of equipment and operations.
- Understanding and following oral and written directions.
- Reading a tape measure (imperial and metric).
- Accepting responsibility and accounting for actions.
