Job Description
TruGreen is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide personalized attention for customers, resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience required
- Experience resolving escalated customer service issues required
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
