John Deere Ag Service Technician

TRULAND Equipment is a John Deere dealer looking for a skilled and educated team member to perform diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required, Associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs preferred; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures with limited re-work or customer dissatisfaction.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and forklift license preferred.
