John Deere Ag Service Technician

TRULAND Equipment is a John Deere dealer seeking a skilled Ag Service Technician to perform diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. The ideal candidate is dedicated, hardworking, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required, Associates degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs preferred; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures with limited re-work or customer dissatisfaction
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and forklift license preferred
