Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Associates degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs preferred
• Demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferred
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures with limited re-work or customer dissatisfaction
• Experience with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment
• Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposes
• Experience with basic computer functions; experience using Service ADVISORTM or other computer-based diagnostic repair tools preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and forklift license preferred
• Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
• Adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities required
• Driving record that meets Employer’s insurance company requirements
