We are seeking a Director of Wholesale Business Development to join our team at Trulieve. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale brand partnerships, identifying and executing incremental revenue growth opportunities, and serving as a thought partner to senior leadership on the broader commercial growth agenda.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business development, brand partnerships, or commercial growth roles, with at least 3 years at a director level or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience managing wholesale brand partnerships, licensing or royalty structures, and/or co-manufacturing arrangements
- Track record of owning and executing incremental revenue growth initiatives spanning new markets, new revenue streams, and strategic account development
- Previous experience in a regulated industry is strongly preferred; cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous partnerships and growth programs with competing priorities in a high-growth, operationally intensive environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work effectively across compliance, operations, marketing, and finance to drive results
