Job Description
Trulieve is seeking a Post Harvest Technician III to join their cultivation team. The role involves harvesting, weighing, drying, curing, trimming, and machine operation processing cannabis material. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about contributing to a mission-driven company.
Requirements
- Able to perform all Post Harvest Technician I and II job duties
- Participate in harvesting, intaking, drying, curing, trimming, machine operation, and transfer of cannabis material
- Become proficient in the setup, adjustment, and operations of all equipment in the facilities
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems detected
- Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
- Responsible for running, maintaining, and cleaning of the machinery
- Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system
- Documenting testing results through reports and logs
- Inputting data into the company database
- Continual quality control assessment as product moves through the process
- Maintaining and operating all equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Weighing and disposing of all plant waste material
- Ensure that material and/or products are processed and prepared by following SOP and/or cGMP standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure all material and/or product is accounted for according to company policy and procedures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the work areas clean
- Clean, sanitize, and store all equipment upon use
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
- Perform various manual cross department job duties as needed
- Ensure an overall positive, safe and clean environment
- Other duties as assigned
