Director of Planned Giving

The Director of Planned Giving is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Planned Giving staff, overseeing the Estate Administration process, and managing a portfolio of major gift prospects.

Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of two
• Oversee the Estate Administration process and provide support for complex matters
• Manage a portfolio of 50 planned giving prospects
• Prospect for new planned giving donors, cultivate, solicit, and confirm new planned gifts
• Foster collaboration within the Planned Giving Team and with other departments
• Manage the estate administration process and liaison with other departments
