TruStage is seeking an Internal Wholesaler - Retirement Plan Sales to drive sales growth, build market share, and meet necessary sales and asset goals within their assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of financial services sales experience, and proven leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history.
- 3+ years of financial services sales experience.
- Proven leadership as an individual contributor and experience in team-based environments.
- Demonstrated sales & marketing knowledge and appropriate applications within the context of a needs-based.
- Capable of presenting technical product knowledge with professional phone skills.
- Proven ability to grow a sales territory.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects while meeting related deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with diverse personalities.
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 6 and 63 and Life and Variable insurance licenses.
- Variable Life License in all states of assigned geographic territory, within 90 days of employment.
