Clinical Research Project Manager C

The Palliative and Advanced Illness Research Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the operations of the Center’s Data Core and provide direct support to the Associate Director of Clinical Research Data Management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of data services.

Requirements

• Allocating data management personnel and resources across project tasks
• Monitoring progress and serving as an intermediary with investigator-led teams
• Providing administrative supervision to data managers
• Coordinating code reviews and establishing standards for data quality checks
• Guiding execution of data use agreements and ensuring compliance with data sharing plans
• Reviewing IRB protocols for feasibility and compliance with confidentiality, data security, and HIPAA standards
• Developing standard procedures for file transfers and naming conventions
• Coordinating access to HIPAA-compliant computing resources
• Contributing to data acquisition for projects and tasks as needed
