Clinical Research Project Manager C

The Palliative and Advanced Illness Research Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the operations of the Center’s Data Core and provide direct support to the Associate Director of Clinical Research Data Management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of data services. The Project Manager will serve as a key interface between investigators and research staff, allocating data management personnel and resources across project tasks, monitoring progress, and serving as an intermediary with investigator-led teams. They will be responsible for the quality of the Data Core’s output by conducting code reviews and developing standards for efficient workflows, version control, and data management best practices.

• Allocating data management personnel and resources across project tasks

• Providing administrative supervision to data managers
• Coordinating code reviews and establishing standards for data quality checks
• Guiding execution of data use agreements and ensuring compliance with data sharing plans
• Reviewing IRB protocols for feasibility and compliance with confidentiality, data security, and HIPAA standards
• Developing standard procedures for file transfers and naming conventions
• Coordinating access to HIPAA-compliant computing resources
• Contributing to data acquisition for projects and tasks as needed based on available Data Core resources
