Job Description
Head of Tech Advisory (m/w/d) to develop and position the Technology Advisory offering, build a high-performing team, and assume active sales and account responsibility.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience (at least 8 years) in management or technology consulting, or in a comparable role with a strong IT focus
- Proven track record of taking responsibility for client relationships, proposal processes, and commercial outcomes
- Experience in leading consultants or project teams, either in a functional or disciplinary capacity
- Deep understanding of technology strategy, IT target operating models, and architectural design
- Experience with governance structures and decision-making processes in complex organizations
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and combination of conceptual depth with a hands-on approach
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
