Senior Consultant Tech Advisory (m/w/d)

As a Senior Consultant in the Tech Advisory area, you will take on a key role in complex transformation projects, supporting clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models and processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in management consulting or in transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management, ideally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as hands-on experience applying agile methodologies
• Strong technological understanding: Ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Project management expertise: Experience managing (sub-)projects, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in transformation and change management: Ability to support organizational change in a structured way and ensure sustainable implementation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities
• High level of initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
