California bar member, 4-7 years labor and employment experience, excellent motion drafting and writing skills

5+ years of experience in U.S. federal courts and state courts, interest in securities litigation and investor-related lawsuits

Member of US State Bar, litigation experience, highly organized and detail oriented

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from ABA approved program, with prior experience in a law firm and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

5+ years of experience in discovery projects, strong technological acumen, and ability to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

Juris Doctor, 1-2 years of experience, and Missouri bar membership required

7+ years of experience in business development, commercial sales, or strategic partnerships and a strong understanding of GNSS, PNT, or satellite services markets

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, and strong problem solving skills

1+ years of document review experience, JD or LLM from an accredited law school, and ability to commit to 40 hours/week during normal business hours

2+ years of prior docketing experience using a rule-based calendaring system; Familiarity with the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the California State Bar Association’s Rules of Professional Conduct; Proficiency with MS Office applications
