Job Description
Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening with a national law firm for a Litigation Docketing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate start.
Requirements
- Analyze docketing requests and related documents to accurately calculate and calendar critical deadlines
- Maintain and apply federal, state, and agency rules, including applicable rules of civil procedure
- Generate and distribute docket reports and deadline summaries
- Provide guidance to attorneys and staff regarding docketing policies, procedures, and court rules
- Monitor assigned docketing inboxes and coordinate with case teams to ensure timely and accurate docket entries
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
