Job Description
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique business and commercial litigation law firm in its search for a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join its busy and growing practice on either a project basis or a direct hire basis.
Requirements
- Experienced in litigating all phases of complex cases
- Extensive experience drafting legal briefs, motions, and conducting legal research
- Ability to work independently and in large and small teams
- Solid writing skills and critical thinking skills
- At least 5 years of experience in U.S. federal courts and state courts
- Interest in securities litigation and investor-related lawsuits
Benefits
- Commensurate pay rate with experience, starting at $75/hour
