Job Description
Trustpoint.One is partnering with an AmLaw 100 firm to search for a Temporary Insurance Coverage Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing coverage and preparing coverage opinions, as well as excellent research and writing skills.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience analyzing coverage and preparing coverage opinions
- Experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple coverage and bad faith
- Experience with all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, performing legal research, and taking and defending depositions
- Excellent research and writing skills are required
