Staff Systems Engineer (TS/SCI) {S}

ARKA Group L.P. is an advanced technologies company serving the U.S. military, intelligence community, and commercial space industry. The Staff Systems Engineer position will work closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering field
• At least 5 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering
• Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop requirements
• Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements
• Ability to develop tracing between requirements, code, and verification
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
